We look forward to welcoming you to BrickInn in Mount Morris, NY. Please take a moment to read the important policies that follow regarding your reservation with us.
Room Rates are per night based on double occupancy and include breakfast. A 3% Occupancy Tax and 8% NY State Sales Tax will be added to the room rate. Should you prefer to opt out of the Breakfast for one or all mornings during your stay, contact the Innkeeper directly and your room rate will be discounted $20. This request must be made directly with Innkeeper during a phone reservation. Breakfast opt out refunds will not be honored after check-in.
Weekends may require a 2 night minimum stay, Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday during peak season (May through October). Holiday weekends and special events may have up to a 3 night minimum stay.
Extended stays and corporate discounts may be available based on dates of stay Sunday -Thursday. Please contact the Innkeeper directly at 585.658.1198
Reservations A valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express Credit Card number and expiration date are required to secure a reservation until arrival. A deposit of $50 is required and will be charged at time of booking your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged the morning of arrival on the same credit card. We cannot accept personal checks.
Check-in: 3pm – 8pm | Check-out: noon
Special arrangements may be made for later check-in, when necessary. Self check-in is available for repeat guests when arriving late.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel BEFORE 14 days prior to your arrival date, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged per room and your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, you will be charged in full for the stay. You will ONLY be reimbursed IF we are able to rebook your room(s) for those dates, less the $50 cancellation fee.

Group reservations of 3 or more rooms, have a 30 day cancellation policy If you cancel BEFORE 30 days prior to your stay, a $50 cancellation fee is charged per room. If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, you will be charged in full. You will ONLY be reimbursed IF we are able to rebook your room(s) for those dates, less the $50 cancellation fee.
Due to the limited amount of rooms at the BrickInn, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We do realize things happen, sometimes without notice and we will do our very best to re-book your room to provide you with a full or partial refund less the $50 cancellation fee.
Smoking the BrickInn property is a smoke-free environment, smoking is ONLY permitted outside near the parking area in the side yard. Smoking is prohibited on all porches. Please be considerate of other guests by refraining to smoke in any other locations on the property. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Guestrooms at BrickInn are for registered guests only. This policy is a courtesy to the other guests and to the innkeepers who reside on the premise. Guest’s visitors are welcome in the common rooms and on the porch with prior approval with the Innkeepers. Guestrooms comfortably accommodate 2 people; an additional rollaway bed may be added to some rooms upon request for an additional $20 charge for an additional person. Pets Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at BrickInn. Should you need assistance placing your pet, you may contact Countryside Kennels in Perry, which is only 20 minutes away. We do have a friendly Lab mix dog, Dakota on property that is confined to the owner’s quarters and the back yard. Service dogs are permitted, please let us know ahead of time if your service dog will be staying with you.
Accessible Rooms All of our guestrooms are located on the second floor and guest must use stairs to enter the Inn and a large staircase to access their guestroom. Unfortunately, due to the historic nature, floor plan of the building and financial restraints we were unable to create accessibility features for our BrickInn accommodations. We are very familiar with the other lodging facilities in the area and would be happy to assist you with finding suitable accommodations for your visit.

Damages to the property We want our guests to enjoy their stay experience, but should there be excessive damage to the property or its contents, you will be notified of additional charges that will be charged to your credit card on file. This includes a $300 charge for smoking in the guestroom or any other interior/porch space of the Inn.

Your Personal Information When users elect to make online reservations users are required to supply certain personal information. This information is used to verify your identity and secure your booking. We only utilize your email addresses in pre-stay and post-stay communication. We will not disclose, share, sell or divulge your personal information, such as address, email, and telephone numbers to third parties, unless we have informed you, been authorized by you or are required to do so by law. We will maintain this information in accordance with our strict confidentiality standards.
